The hotel is located by the ocean, making it extremely attractive and still close to the city. The rooms, although a bit unclean, were acceptable with a decent range of local and international TV channels. The service was pleasant overall, though there were some issues with professionalism. The dining experience was basic but fine, offering typical Pattaya fare. The location, while a bit far from the main attraction of South Pattaya, is manageable. The facilities are satisfactory with room for improvement.
